New coaches start with a free trial. You can build your roster and explore the console before subscribing.

Subscriptions

Manage your subscription from Settings → Billing. Payment and invoices are handled securely through our payment provider.

What’s in Pro

NexRex Pro unlocks the premium athlete features, including nutrition tracking — meal photo and barcode scanning, the daily meal timeline, and the nutrition analytics tab (fuel score, energy trend, macro scorecards, meal distribution, and logging streak). Free accounts can preview the Nutrition tab; logging a meal or opening analytics prompts you to start a trial or upgrade. Pro also unlocks the Pro response model in Rex chat — a more capable model for deeper reasoning. Free accounts see a locked PRO option in the chat model picker that opens this paywall when tapped. Coaches on any active plan can use Pro without a separate Pro subscription.

Promo codes

If you have a NexRex promo code, you can redeem it from the app to unlock Pro without going through checkout. Open Settings → Coupon, then either:

• Type your 7-character code into the entry boxes and tap Redeem coupon, or
• Tap Scan QR code and point your camera at a coupon QR code.

On success, you’ll see a confirmation screen showing the organization you joined and the Pro membership you unlocked. Your subscription tier refreshes automatically — no app restart needed — and Pro features become available right away. The success screen has two sections:

• What you unlocked — the organization you joined and the membership you’re now on, with either a Pro-until date or Lifetime Pro.
• Pro benefits — a summary of what Pro gives you: dynamic training adjustment, AI workout summaries, and weekly AI analysis.

Reward types

The reward shown on the success screen depends on the code:

• Time-bounded codes display the granted period (for example, “3 months”) along with the date your Pro access runs until. If you already have a Pro subscription, the granted months are added on top of your existing expiry date rather than replacing it.
• Lifetime codes display Lifetime Pro instead of a period or expiry date — there’s no end date to renew or worry about.

Redemption errors

If a code can’t be redeemed, the app surfaces a specific message so you can correct it and try again:

• Invalid coupon code — the code isn’t recognized. Check for typos.
• This code has already been redeemed. — the code was previously used on your account.
• This code has expired. — the code is past its valid-until date.
• This code has been fully redeemed and can no longer be used. — the code is shared across multiple people and all of its slots have been claimed.
• You already have lifetime Pro, so this code wasn’t used. — your account is already on Lifetime Pro, so the code was left untouched and can still be used by someone else.
• Connection problem. Please try again. — network issue; retry once you’re back online.

Team licensing

Licenses are issued per organization, not per individual coach. One organization can include multiple coaches and a shared athlete roster.
