如果 NexRex 停止接收活動紀錄，最常見的原因是裝置連線中斷。請從 **設定 → 連線** 重新連線。

## 缺少或延遲的洞察

洞察與週報仰賴已同步的活動資料。請確認你最近的跑步紀錄已同步，且包含心率資料。
